Power Take Off (PTO) Configurations
Both available Aisin automatic transmissions offer Power Take Off (PTO) capability from the left or right side with 4x4 or 4x2 configurations to accommodate a variety of upfits. Plus, the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine lets you choose between two speeds by engaging the Split-Shaft Mode.
440-Amp Max Dual Alternator Output
Offering up to 440 amps when equipped with the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine and a respected 380 amps with the 6.4L HEMI® V8 gas engine, the 2022 Ram Chassis Cab is engineered from the ground up to power a variety of work-ready upfits.
Six Auxiliary Switches
Inside, the 2022 Ram Chassis Cab comes with an integrated switch bank featuring six auxiliary switches. On models equipped with available Power Take Off (PTO), the sixth auxiliary switch becomes a dedicated PTO switch.
